Job Summary:

RECTITUDE RECRUIT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a clinic setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe and interview patients to identify their care needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide direct patient care by performing comprehensive health assessments, making diagnoses, and prescribing medications or treatments in collaboration with the pharmacist.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacist to ensure optimal patient care and make clinical recommendations as needed.
  • Plan, evaluate, and modify treatment programs based on information gathered from patient observations, interviews, and records.
  • Present patients with information to enable them to make informed healthcare decisions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and maintain confidentiality.
  • Manage clinic stock and equipment, and perform other duties as requested by the pharmacist.
  • Maintain a daily register of patients and submit it to the office at the end of each month.
  • Ensure the clinic is tidy and all equipment is in good working order.
  • Participate in campaigns and competitions as requested by RECTITUDE RECRUIT.
  • Utilize Allegra Software in the clinic and make use of the Virtual Doctor option when necessary.
  • Provide vaccinations and conduct Pap smears as required.
  • Develop chronic care systems for patients.
  • Adhere to clock-in and clock-out procedures using the Ouch system and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Responsible Pharmacist to ensure the profitability, security, and better functioning of the pharmacy.
