Our online platform connects schools with hundreds of fully vetted teachers and support staff, saving schools over £10m since launching in 2017. This is an exciting opportunity to join our hypergrowth startup and make a difference in the education sector.
Job Role: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales and Partnerships Coordinator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with candidates, driving urgency in finding work through Zen Educate, and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calling candidates to engage with them on our platform and help them find work in UK schools as quickly as possible.
• Following up inbound and outbound leads and driving urgency in finding work through Zen Educate while providing all necessary documentation for compliance purposes.
• Monitoring job boards to engage and attract the highest quality candidates before any traditional, expensive recruitment agencies do.
• Interacting with candidates in a friendly and helpful manner and maintaining positive relationships to keep them on board with us and create a great candidate experience.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of phone sales or recruitment experience.
• Experience working in or with the UK education sector is helpful but not essential.
