Office Support and Travel Coordinator

Bandwidth and Cloud Services Group (BCS) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support and Travel Coordinator to oversee critical administrative functions and ensure smooth operations across South Africa.
Job Responsibilities- Manage travel arrangements, including ticket issuance, accommodation bookings, and PCR testing.
- Coordinate visa applications for single and multiple entry visas for staff members.
- Plan and allocate travel allowances for meals and travel expenses.
- Serve as the primary liaison for staff during their travels, addressing any issues, including health concerns.
- Facilitate the application and renewal of work permits and immigration services.
- Assist with passport renewals, alien cards, and related documentation.
Office Management
- Procure laptops and maintain a database of serial numbers.
- Oversee procurement of office consumables, including catering, stationery, and cleaning services.
- Manage office maintenance, repairs, and building-related tasks.
- Handle incoming calls, guest reception, and liaise with building management.
- Organize board meetings, staff events, and off-site meetings.
- Maintain petty cash reports and manage office-related finances.
Human Resource Management
- Track and generate leave reports for employees.
- Issue employee IDs, medical cards, and business cards for new hires.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration, travel management, and HR support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant administrative software.
- Knowledge of immigration and visa processes is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving skills.
