Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Car Rental Agent to join our team at Quality Connect Staffing.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to provide top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service - Greet customers, assist with luggage, and ensure a smooth rental process.
  • Rental Agreement Processing - Accurately and efficiently process rental agreements, collecting necessary information and payment.
  • Vehicle Inspection - Inspect rental cars for damage before and after rental periods.
  • Facility Maintenance - Maintain cleanliness and organization of rental car facility and vehicles.
  • Team Coordination - Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Education - Matric or equivalent.
  • Vehicle Ownership - Own a vehicle.
  • Driver's License - Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Experience - Previous experience in customer service or rental car services preferred.
  • Skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Package and Remuneration
  • Salary - R 8 500 CTC.
  • Allowance - R 475 Airport allowance.
  • Benefits - Uniform, medical, and pension.
