Telematics Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Telematics Support Specialist to join our team at Ingenious Personnel. As the first point of contact for our dealers and customers, you will provide expert assistance, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer support to dealers and customers specifically related to Telematics.
- Ensure all service and support requests are accurately entered into the contact management system.
- Handle all inbound calls from internal and external sources, including providing price and availability information, part numbers, application assistance, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support regarding product information and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team and subject matter experts to resolve open questions.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Telematics or a similar field within a customer service or call center environment.
- Proficiency in basic PC use, including keyboard and headset operation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret customer issues, troubleshoot effectively, and translate them into solutions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Empathy towards customer concerns while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks on the job.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
- Primary function includes answering calls and providing excellent customer support.
