This exciting opportunity requires a dynamic Central Key Accounts Manager to provide administrative support to our Nationwide Key Accounts Team, driving client satisfaction and business growth.

Purpose of the Job

To serve as a centralized liaison between clients and Key Account Managers, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to Key Account Managers, including data analysis, report generation, and troubleshooting.
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients, resolving queries and providing timely updates on account statuses.
  • Prepare regular reports on client performance, progress, and forecasts.
  • Liaise with Control Tower Department for analytics support and finance department for invoicing purposes.
  • Drive the implementation of new client initiatives, training programs, and improvement projects.
  • Monitor client service adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in key account management, dealing with multiple clients across various industries.
  • Proven analytical skills, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong report writing and interpersonal skills.
