New Business Growth Consultant

About the Role:
The New Business Growth Consultant will be responsible for driving sales revenue growth by implementing a diagnostic selling process across the customer base. This includes focusing on pipeline creation, increasing dealer yield, and increasing customer numbers through new business development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and be driven to deliver results. They will work well under pressure, be prepared to go the extra mile, and maintain a high level of quality service to customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implementing a diagnostic selling process across the customer base
- Focusing on pipeline creation by constantly building relationships with new customers to maximise opportunities for revenue growth
- Increasing dealer yield by continually selling customers up the product staircase
- Increasing customer numbers through new business development
- Ensuring achievement of all client visits and telephone calls as per contact plan
- Actively engaging with internal departments to coordinate necessary resources to progress and close deals
- Maintaining a high level of quality service to customers
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Proven track record in New Business Development
- Understanding of online classifieds an advantage
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a B2B environment
- Working knowledge of Google suite of products
- Experience working independently and cold calling/developing new business
- Well-presented individual with a reliable vehicle
