We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Payments Coordinator to join our team at Professional Appointments CC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's procurement and payments processes effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Verifying supplier invoices against valid purchase orders and proof of delivery documents.
  • Conducting supplier month-end reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Responding promptly to supplier queries and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Maintaining a well-organized filing system for all suppliers as per company policy.
  • Processing and reconciling ad-hoc and foreign supplier accounts.
  • Communicating with the Accountant regarding late supplier invoices.
  • Reviewing and updating supplier master information on SYSPRO.
  • Preparing and completing monthly supplier payment reconciliations.
  • Providing a forecast of month-end supplier payments to the Finance Manager.
  • Maintaining specific cost schedules.
  • Assisting the Finance Manager and team with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of administrative work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a creditors controller position.
  • High level of computer literacy – specifically MS Excel.
  • 1-2 years of operating experience in SYSPRO (desirable).
