About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of key features in our product roadmap. The successful candidate will drive key business metrics, develop requirements for innovative technologies, and communicate priorities and results to senior stakeholders. As a Senior Product Manager, you will build and manage high-quality product roadmaps, partner with teams to secure resources and drive delivery, and manage prioritization and trade-offs to ensure the right features are built with the right quality at the right time.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage high-quality product/program roadmaps based on business vision and strategy.
- Partner with teams to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones, and drive delivery.
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs to ensure the right features are built with the right quality at the right time.
- Partner with global product teams to identify and influence development of new products and services.
- Identify the gaps and pain points in the existing processes and drive improvements;
- Deep dive on issues and come up with solutions, creating solutions from scratch for short and long term
- Promote/drive decision making throughout the team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience building program/product strategy, managing end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior stakeholders
- Experience owning/managing large program or projects
- Previous experience in retail/e-commerce/start-ups
- Previous experience with operations
- Knowledge of SQL or similar database programming languages
