Senior Product Manager

Hire Resolve is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on stakeholder feedback and market trends.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Lead product development meetings to ensure effective collaboration and communication among teams.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers in best practices and methodologies.
- Manage the product lifecycle from inception to launch and continuous improvement.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs for future product enhancements.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products and managing the product lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior product managers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
