KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support to legal practitioners and office operation.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including typing and filing.
  • Maintain an up-to-date Asset Register.
  • Distribute important documents and reports.
  • Provide human resources and procurement support.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
  • A National Senior/Matric certificate or equivalent.
  • At least one year of relevant administrative experience.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
