Financial Administrator Role

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work within a dynamic Treasury team, handling day-to-day Treasury operation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within a dynamic Treasury team;
  • Provide administrative support to the Treasury Team and handle day-to-day Treasury operation activities;
  • Process local and foreign payments;
  • Maintain the SharePoint filing system;
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders;
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification – Bachelor of Commerce or similar qualification is advantageous;
  • Excellent communication etiquette across multiple channels, both verbal and written;
  • Proficient in resolving challenging situations, problem-solving, and teamwork;
  • An aptitude for technology;
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.);
  • Experience with online business banking, SARB regulations, and the local and foreign payment landscape.
