Financial Administrator Role

Job Description:
The successful candidate will work within a dynamic Treasury team, handling day-to-day Treasury operation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within a dynamic Treasury team;
- Provide administrative support to the Treasury Team and handle day-to-day Treasury operation activities;
- Process local and foreign payments;
- Maintain the SharePoint filing system;
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders;
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification – Bachelor of Commerce or similar qualification is advantageous;
- Excellent communication etiquette across multiple channels, both verbal and written;
- Proficient in resolving challenging situations, problem-solving, and teamwork;
- An aptitude for technology;
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.);
- Experience with online business banking, SARB regulations, and the local and foreign payment landscape.
