Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  1. Petty Cash Administration: Ensure accurate and efficient management of petty cash funds.
  2. Operational Procurement: Perform buying and receiving functions for operational procurement, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
  3. Stock Replenishment: Assist with stock replenishment, including buyer logistical roles and issuing stock.
  4. Capital Procurement: Perform receiving functions for capital procurement, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of assets.
  5. Asset Verification: Conduct thorough asset verification and reconciliation, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  6. Payment Processing: Process tax invoices and ensure timely payment from sundry customers.
  7. Store Organisation: Maintain a well-organised store environment, ensuring easy access to goods and materials.
  8. Collection and Reconciliation: Collect and reconcile patient administration data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  9. Supplier Relationship Management: Manage hospital account relationships with suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of issues.
  10. Asset Disposal: Coordinate the disposal, transfer, or scrapping of assets, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Required Education and Experience

Essential Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 certificate

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or relevant Financial/Business qualification

Minimum Experience Required: 1-2 years' experience in a financial environment or as a bookkeeper/reconciliation/asset management professional.

Desired Experience: Previous experience in the financial department as a financial clerk; experience in a healthcare environment.
