Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled QA Lead to lead our QA team in maintaining quality throughout the software development lifecycle. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests, creating and maintaining test plans, identifying and mitigating risks, improving QA processes, tracking Quality Assurance metrics, and ensuring that software meets user requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the QA team to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute automated tests.
  • Create and maintain test plans.
  • Identify and mitigate risks.
  • Improve QA processes.
  • Track Quality Assurance metrics.
  • Ensure that software meets user requirements.
  • Work closely with development and product teams to integrate quality assurance measures into the Agile process, ensuring timely and high-quality software releases.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Software QA Methodologies and tools.
  • Extensive experience with Appium and Selenium.
  • Experience in programming languages such as Java, Groovy, Ruby, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Good working knowledge of Frontend and API Automation as well as Performance Testing.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
  • Comfortable with Git, and CI processes using tools like Jenkins, JIRA.
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Attention to detail and ability to diagnose complex issues in application testing.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Banking experience is essential.
