At Gap Consulting, we are seeking an experienced Automotive OEM Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the automotive industry.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about building and maintaining successful relationships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in Automotive OEM Dealer Development, as well as a strong understanding of business systems, operational processes, and interpersonal relations.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for negotiating salary packages based on experience and ensuring that all agreements are executed efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Automotive OEM Dealer Development
  • Diploma or Degree in Commerce or Marketing or similar
  • Strong working knowledge of Automotive OEM Dealer Development and Management
  • Effective Communication, Corporate Policy Strategies, Business Systems, Operational Processes and Interpersonal Relations skills
  • Able to work in a high-pressure, competitive Automotive Manufacturer environment
  • Stable track record and contactable references
