Business Development Manager for European Markets

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our growth in European markets. As a key member of the BOSS Consult team, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and building strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
About the Role- We offer a competitive salary of R18,500 - R22,500 per month, plus commission.
- Your location is Cape Town, Western Cape, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows you to balance remote and office work.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in an Italian-speaking market.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in Italian and English.
- Tertiary education is required.
You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, using your initiative to overcome objections and meet targets.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and qualifying leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Engaging senior decision-makers in European territories to build strong relationships.
- Working closely with the sales team to meet targets and drive growth.
