About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Learning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees, ensuring they meet the company's standards and expectations.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, utilizing various techniques to keep participants engaged and motivated.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to tailor training content to specific needs, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, continuously improving training methodologies and approaches.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their professional development, helping them achieve their full potential.
  • Manage the logistics and scheduling of training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and minimizing disruptions.

Requirements:

  • A National Senior Certificate (NSC) or equivalent qualification is required, with a diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Education, Business Management, or Communications being advantageous.
  • Certifications in training and development, such as Train-the-Trainer or Facilitation Skills, can be beneficial.
  • Proven experience as a Training Facilitator in BPO, Corporate Trainer, or a similar role is essential, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to engage and motivate participants, fostering a positive learning environment, is crucial.
  • Proficiency in using various training tools and technologies, including e-learning platforms, is required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
