Job Summary

We're seeking a Fund Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. As a Fund Reconciliation Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with all day-to-day activities related to offshore fund trading, preparing trade instructions, communicating with transfer agents, and resolving fund trade errors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with all day-to-day activities related to offshore fund trading
  • Prepare trade instructions to Fund distributors/Administrators and communicate with transfer agents and other related parties as required
  • Assist with responding to offshore fund-related queries
  • Arrange funding for offshore fund subscriptions and transfer of proceeds from redemptions to client offshore cash accounts
  • Execute internal and external offshore fund transfer instructions
  • Assist with resolution of fund trade errors and preparation of misdeal reporting where necessary
  • Monitor settlement of fund trades and settlement of all fund transfer instructions
  • High-level overview of fund pricing exceptions
  • Assist with the compilation and checking of rebate calculations to ensure that SPW is paid in full for any rebates due (including reasonability checking, etc.)

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or Economics
  • Financial Service/Fund Administration experience preferred
  • Deep understanding of international financial markets with a particular focus on unitized instruments
  • Detailed understanding of the Private Client business and the stock-broking environment
