Destination Sales Manager

Executive Placings is a leading Destination Management Company looking for an experienced Destination Sales Manager to drive sales and lead the reservations team. This hybrid role offers excellent benefits and a negotiable salary based on experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience leading a Reservations Team for an inbound tour company or destination management company, with expertise in Southern and East Africa. Proficiency in MS Office, Tourplan, and Wetu is also required.
This role includes:
- Maintaining exceptional customer relationships
- Delivering on and exceeding sales targets
- Ensuring operational excellence and accuracy
- Monitoring workload distribution and quotation checks
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, customer care, and the ability to motivate and guide the team. They will also be aware of competitors' products and able to provide training and support.
