Head of Employee Recognition and Rewards

Job Summary
C.S.G. Recruit seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead the Global Rewards team. The Head of Employee Recognition and Rewards will be responsible for designing and reviewing compensation policies, managing incentive plans, and overseeing annual merit increases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compensation dashboards to track employee performance and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgeting and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Analyze market trends and design hiring ranges in consultation with recruitment, HRBP, and business stakeholders.
- Design and manage annual processes, including merit increases, bonuses, and equity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification advantageous.
- At least 10 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Background in ITES, KPO, or Analytics industry.
- Proficient in tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, etc.
