About the Job:

  1. We are seeking a Panel Growth Manager to join our team in the Johannesburg region, responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Financial Advisers.
  2. This role involves identifying new potential Financial Advisers and opportunities for business growth, providing technical training and ongoing product support to Financial Advisers, and facilitating the sales process.
  3. You will participate in proactive sales and marketing initiatives, build and sustain profitability in your business, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor product and service offerings and industry developments.
  4. Making recommendations to management where necessary, you will review New Business Pipeline, follow up and track to ensure conversion, conduct regular one-on-one and group presentations.
  5. Able to make successful cold calls and sell products telephonically, you will provide weekly analysis and reporting on deliverables/achievements.
  6. Attend regional Financial Adviser meetings and deliver on business marketing strategy to Financial Advisors, requiring at least 2 years experience managing a panel of Financial Advisors.

Strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach are essential for success in this role.
