Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform Full Audit Cycle: Determine audit methodology, conduct fieldwork, and compile audit findings to present to stakeholders.
  2. Provide Independent Assurance: Ensure the company's risk management, governance, and internal control processes are operating effectively.
  3. Determine and Rate Compliance: Evaluate compliance against current standard operating procedures and maintain professional duty to provide an unbiased and objective view.
  4. Investigate Occurrences: Investigate occurrences of fraud, embezzlement, theft, waste, etc.
  5. Perform Risk-Based Internal Audits: Conduct risk-based internal audits, including admin, inventory, sales, stock counts, and seasonal audits.
  6. Proactively Identify and Rate Risk: Identify and rate risk, and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls across all departments.
  7. Analyze Root Causes: Analyze root causes of audit findings and determine whether fraud and/or error took place, ensuring rectification.
  8. Recommend Solutions: Recommend practical/business-minded solutions to identify risks and ensure the company keeps abreast of industry standards.
  9. Maintain Open Communication: Maintain open communication with the audit manager and exhibit teamwork skills while working independently.
  10. Communicate Findings: Communicate findings by preparing high-quality reports.

Requirements:

  2. Excellent Documentation and Communication Skills: Have excellent documentation and communication skills.
