Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets from existing accounts, focusing on day-to-day management and smooth running of your Accounts. This involves providing excellent customer service, identifying sales and business growth opportunities, and communicating with clients to understand their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and facilitate sales and business growth opportunities, keeping commercial goals top of mind for the operations leadership team.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value, building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new business.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure the fulfilment of all customer requests, acting as the client's representative in the organisation to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification, preferably in an IT background.
  • Sales-related training.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience within a professional services business, including demonstrated ability to manage, deliver and grow accounts.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Asset Financing or technology solutions sales with a documented successful track record in selling high-end services & solutions in the relevant industry.
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is approximately R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
