Job Description

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in payroll administration, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. You will be responsible for capturing information onto the SAP system, processing payroll, and responding to customer queries.

Responsibilities
  • Timely capture of accurate information onto the SAP system
  • Processing of payroll at best practice performance levels
  • Response to internal and external customer queries
  • Reconciliations and audits
  • Employee payment processing
  • Accurate processing of employee entitlements and statutory deductions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum of 3 years' full cycle payroll experience
  • 5 years weekly wages experience
  • Experience working in a large complex payroll department
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams

You will also possess relevant tertiary qualifications, thorough knowledge of the SAP Payroll System, and exposure to an HR Administration system.
