Astral Foods Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead all operational aspects within our poultry processing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, preferably in the poultry processing or FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Production Management: Oversee all aspects of poultry processing, from intake of live birds through the processing cycle up until the dispatch of the final product.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance standards to ensure the highest levels of product quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- A related degree within operations management.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the poultry processing or FMCG industry.
