Job Role

We are seeking a Corporate Communication Manager to join our team at Top Vitae Recruitment (PTY) Ltd. As a critical member of our communications team, you will play a key role in drafting and executing communication strategies that align with organisational objectives and culture.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective internal and external communication plans, ensuring consistency, clarity, and engagement across all channels. This will involve working closely with department heads to gather information and updates for internal communication materials, as well as monitoring industry trends and news to identify opportunities for effective external communications.

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in communication or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in communications and a proven track record in the industry. You will also require excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organised and detail-oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing internal communication plans to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and culture.
  • Drafting and distributing internal newsletters and announcements to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Managing internal communication platforms and promotions to facilitate employee engagement and interaction.
  • Drafting compelling external communication materials, including press releases, articles, newsletters, and blog posts to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

You will also be responsible for planning, creating, and executing email marketing newsletters and mailers to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive engagement.
