Job Title: Senior Motorcycle Sales Leader

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Motorcycle Sales Leader to join our team at Astor Automotive Staff T/A Astor Motor Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in motorcycle dealership management, with a strong focus on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team leadership.

About the Role
  • Oversee the entire dealership operations, ensuring smooth sales and service processes.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales, service, and parts staff to achieve high performance targets.
  • Foster a positive and productive work culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and employee well-being.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  2. Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and setting high standards for the team.
  3. Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and team progress.
Requirements
  • Matric Certificate (minimum)
  • A valid Driver's License and a valid Bike License (exceeding 125 cc)
  • Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
  • 5+ years of experience in motorcycle management, preferably in a franchised dealership
  • Experience with Keyloop (formerly CDK) or similar Dealer Management Systems
What We Offer
