Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and inventory management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards by implementing effective quality control measures and addressing any quality issues promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the manufacturing team to achieve their goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a production environment, with at least 3-5 years of management-level experience.
  • FMCg experience, particularly in plastic or packaging manufacturing, is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • A strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • A valid driver's license.
