The Recruiters is a well-established recruitment agency in the industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hospitality Director to join our team of professionals.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Job

This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of a 100 plus bedroom Hotel and Casino in the 4/5-star market. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring the highest standards of service and product knowledge across the entire business unit.

  • Financial Management: Prepare annual budgets, business plans, sales and marketing plans, and quarterly reports as required.
  • People Management: Oversee all HR and IR related matters within the business, create a culture of excellence and development, and manage the company's Corporate & Social Investment program.
  • Operational Management: Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and company assets, take a hands-on approach in all facets and departments of the building, and ensure the highest possible standards are adhered to in all departments.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a General Manager in a similar establishment, a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or a similar qualification relevant to the industry, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements
  • Prior experience as a General Manager in a 100 plus bedroom Hotel/Casino in the 4/5-star market.
  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or a similar qualification relevant to the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fuency in English and one other official language with a third language being a recommendation.
