What You'll Be Doing:
  • Craft and implement an ambitious Wholesale Banking strategy to capture market opportunities.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing and sales strategies for the Wholesale Banking Group.
  • Lead the creation of cutting-edge products and services that resonate with customers.
  • Nurture and grow strategic customer relationships , ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the credit risk framework , fostering robust risk management practices.
  • Manage low-cost funding strategies while enhancing overall business performance.
  • Represent the bank as a trusted ambassador and deliver insightful reports to the Executive Director of Wholesale Banking.
Who We're Looking For:
  • A trailblazer with a BSc degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.
  • Holder of banking certifications like ACIB or similar is preferred.
  • 10+ years of proven expertise in the banking sector, including 6+ years in senior leadership roles focused on marketing, business development, or relationship management.
  • A natural leader with exceptional strategic thinking , communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A Namibian citizen or permanent resident fluent in English.
