We are Time Personnel, a leading recruitment agency with a strong focus on delivering top talent to our clients. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic FMCG sales professional to join our client's team.



About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a sales professional who is passionate about driving results and consistently exceeding targets. As an FMCG sales representative, you will be responsible for maximizing sales volume and market share, implementing and developing promotional activities, and influencing liquor retail pricing within segments.



Key Responsibilities


  • Maximise sales volume and market share by identifying and capitalising on opportunities to drive growth
  • Implement and develop promotional activities to drive consistent pull in relation to the channel management process
  • Achieve pre-determined sales/brands and market share targets through effective planning and execution
  • Influence liquor retail pricing within segments to ensure optimal pricing strategies
  • Maintain stock levels within segments to ensure optimal product availability
  • Influence the placement of our products to maintain the best cold and ambient space
  • Influence in on-trade environment to gain decision corridor placements
  • Develop great business relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales and growth
  • Maintain customer call rate and frequency to ensure consistent communication
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure optimal sales performance
  • Provide merchandising support to ensure optimal product presentation
  • Handle customer and consumer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage product quality in relation to our quality standards
  • Manage sales administration to ensure seamless operations
  • Compile weekly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Determine pre-call planning objectives to ensure effective sales execution


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a FMCG environment. You will also need to have a valid driver's license and own transport, as well as basic knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office.
