The role is designed to support business objectives by overseeing the fulfillment of requests from clients and staff, ensuring effective client satisfaction and risk management.

Job Responsibilities
  • Mitigate financial losses through effective risk and process management.

  • Conduct strategic planning to ensure operational capacity aligns with business needs.

Essential Qualifications - NQF Level
  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
  • Professional Qualifications/Honours Degree
Preferred Qualification
  • Honours degree in Commerce
Minimum Experience Level
  • 7+ years in financial services, specifically in asset management.
  • 5+ years in a managerial role.
  • 7+ years in investment administration management.
  • Experience in automating or digitizing processes in previous roles.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment governing investment products and processes.
  • Experience as a Team Leader or Manager in a Client Services Centre within Asset Management.
