Job Title: Quality Control Administrator

The Quality Control team at Rory Mackie & Associates is responsible for scrutinizing client instructions to ensure they comply with established product and business rules. Our goal is to submit these instructions for processing within agreed-upon turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify client instructions accurately within specified deadlines
  • Ensure all instructions include relevant details, such as CDD and RR of legal entities and individuals
  • Be flexible with working hours as required by the function
  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure work is completed within required cut-off times
  • Understand and adhere to business rules and processing rules, working within the required SLA
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide support during periods of absence
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Analyze and resolve errors, taking full responsibility for the quality of work
  • Adjust efficiently to new structures and processes
  • Contribute to team goals by participating in regular team meetings
  • Resolve queries in a timely manner
  • Liaise with client service and advisor liaison consultants to resolve client instructions as needed

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma
  • Relevant work experience, preferably 1-2 years
  • Financial Services experience, particularly in Asset Management, Retirement Funds, and Unit Trust Offshore
  • Client Service Experience, an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, Excel (intermediate), Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of platform workflow systems
  • Understanding of platform product rules and processes
