We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SME Loan Officer to join our team at Numeral XII (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing loan applications, conducting due diligence, and presenting deals to our Credit Committee for approval.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess loan applications and conduct thorough due diligence to ensure viability
  • Present deals to the Credit Committee for approval
  • Implement approved loans, including documentation and client communication
  • Manage client relationships and resolve queries in a timely manner
  • Assist clients with online application forms and provide after-care support
  • Follow up on late payments and arrears
  • Adhere to our SME Credit Policy and Operating Procedures
  • Attend promotional events to promote our lending products
  • Achieve and exceed budget targets
Requirements
  • High level of attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and manage relationships, with effective planning and time management skills
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Suite
  • Min Grade 12, with a B.Com degree or diploma in Financial Management
  • 3+ years of loan officer experience
