**Job Summary:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the lecturing and teaching of PGCE and BEd qualifications, ensuring high-quality educational outcomes and contributing to the growth and development of our academic programs.

**Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of PGCE and BEd qualifications across multiple campuses and online learning platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and academic success.
  • Collaborate with faculty members and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on program performance.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in academic program management, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
