Essential Skills:
- HPCSA registration as a Medical Technologist
- Internal Auditing experience
- Qualified auditor certification
- Relevant Medical Technologist qualification
- Training in ISO 15189 Medical laboratories - requirements for quality and competence

Desirable Skills:
- 1 year of Quality Control experience in a laboratory
- 5 years of experience as a Technologist working within a laboratory setting
- Ability to anticipate issues and implement solutions proactively
- Accreditation and Safety Implementation experience
- In-depth knowledge of QMS principles and practices
- In-depth knowledge of SHE principles and practices
- Proficient in Computer Technology to use various computer applications effectively

The selection criteria for this position include relevant qualifications, experience, and skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of quality control, laboratory settings, and accreditation standards, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
