Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • You will develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify new business prospects.
  • Read from a scripted pitch to engage with potential clients and build relationships.
  • Transfer warm leads to the USA team to ensure seamless communication.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 12 months of experience in outbound sales, customer service, retention, debt collection, telesales, lead warming, or insurance sales (not essential but preferred).
  • International outbound experience with sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven lead generation skills as a key duty.
  • A confident and persistent individual who can overcome objections and close deals.
  • South African citizenship is mandatory.
  • Availability to start immediately and currently unemployed status.

Working Conditions and Benefits:

This office-based position is located at Newspaper House, Cape Town city center.
