Job Title: Brand and Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand and Communications Manager to lead our branding, marketing, and public relations efforts across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for all company brands.
  • Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.
  • Develop baseline marketing campaigns across social, digital, and retail to maximize brand engagement and sales.
  • Stay current with industry trends and integrate them into marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are innovative, engaging, and resonate with our target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Arts and Digital Marketing departments to align their outputs with overall brand strategies.
  • Review and approve key marketing collateral to ensure it meets brand standards and is on-trend.
  • Develop and manage all PR activities related to the company and its brands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other external partners.
  • Craft and disseminate press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
  • Act as the company's spokesperson when necessary and manage crisis communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications.
  • Significant experience in public relations, including media relations and PR strategy development.
  • Proven track record of integrating industry trends into successful marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Experience with both traditional print and digital marketing channels.

  • Strengthen Public Relations: Lead PR efforts to enhance the company's public image and manage communications with stakeholders, including media, customers, and partners.
