IT Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Account Manager to join our team at Numata. As an IT Account Manager, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to our clients, driving technology adoption and uncovering new opportunities for collaboration.

About the Role:
  • Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction by building strong, lasting relationships with clients and understanding their business objectives, challenges, and technology needs.
  • You will conduct regular client meetings to identify areas for improvement and handle client inquiries and escalations promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand clients' business goals and challenges, and provide guidance on leveraging technology solutions to meet those goals.
  • Conduct regular service reviews to gather feedback and identify improvement areas.
Technology Adoption and Client Success:
  • Promote the effective use of technology solutions to enhance client business operations and identify opportunities for leveraging technology to meet client goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop strategies for client growth and provide training on technology tools and solutions.
Client Satisfaction and Issue Resolution:
  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction and implement tools and methodologies to measure and improve client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in account management or a client-facing role in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions and their business applications, including CRM tools and systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns with professionalism.
