Key Responsibilities

The ER Coordinator is responsible for:

  1. Identifying, managing, and coordinating key employee relations interventions
  2. Providing advice, guidance and support to HR Superintendents, HRMs and Line Managers
  3. Assisting the HR Superintendents and HRMs in ensuring effective representation of any Seriti legal disputes
  4. Guidance and preparation for CCMA cases
  5. Managing and facilitating the handling of all internal employee discipline
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or Labour Relations
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the Human Resources / Employee Relations field
  • Experience in HR Reporting requirements (both statutory and business related)
  • Experience in coordinating discipline and grievance processes
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
