Job Description:

beBee Professionals is looking for a Strategic Transactions Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions, as well as other corporate transactions. The ideal candidate should have a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, or a related field. The candidate should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions

Analyze financial and operational data to inform transaction decisions

Develop and present recommendations to clients

Ensure seamless transaction execution

Requirements:

Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
