Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist

Job Summary:

beBee Professionals is seeking a Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist to provide strategic advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions, as well as other corporate transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial and operational data, developing and presenting recommendations to clients, and ensuring seamless transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions

Analyze financial and operational data to inform transaction decisions

Develop and present recommendations to clients

Requirements:

Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
