The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the supervision of infrastructure upgrade delivery in assigned sites, ensuring client expectations are met, and ensuring all tasks are planned, supervised, and executed in accordance with specifications, drawings, and dimensions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise infrastructure upgrade delivery in assigned sites
  • Ensure client expectations are met
  • Plan, supervise, and execute tasks in accordance with specifications, drawings, and dimensions
  • Evaluate the quality of construction materials
  • Assess the quantities of materials procured
  • Ensure specifications are of bio-safety level II laboratory-grade and standard
  • Ensure sufficient resources are available for each stage/phase of the project
Requirements:
  • National Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science/Technology or Building and Construction or its equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of related laboratory remodeling, renovation, or building experience
  • Necessary practice license
  • Project Management certification an advantage
