Property Site Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Site Administrator to manage front desk operations and provide exceptional service to tenants at our properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling tenant queries, collecting payments, maintaining property management records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist tenants and visitors at the front desk.
- Collect payments and update records on the property management system.
- Communicate with tenants regarding lease expirations, renewals, and payments.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with the facilities team.
- Perform daily floor checks of common areas and prepare rooms for move-ins/move-outs.
- Maintain records of transactions and provide daily reports to head office.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bilingual with fluency in English and at least one African language.
- Friendly, well-presented, and people-oriented.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
