Instrumentation Sales Professional


We are seeking an instrumentation sales professional to join our team and sell industrial instrumentation solutions to clients across various industries.


About the Job:


  • Provide technical solutions to clients' needs by exhibiting relevant product knowledge.
  • Meet yearly budgets by ensuring that sales targets are achieved.
  • Sell industrial instrumentation solutions into geographically defined areas.
  • Prepare annual budgets in conjunction with management.
  • Interface at a high level with key decision-makers at client sites.
  • Present product presentations to clients.
  • Submit weekly call reports and attend sales meetings.
  • Build relationships with staff, clients, and key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:


  1. Responsible for achieving high levels of successful sales activity.
  2. Accountable for achieving total industrial instrumentation yearly budget at required gross margin.
  3. Authority to provide technical solutions to enhance clients' business performance.
  4. Authority to sign documents up to specified limits by the company.
  5. Authority to compile tender submissions to meet clients' needs.

Essential Requirements:


  • Technical qualification or plant experience.
  • Proven sales track record with a minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales within industrial instrumentation.
  • Knowledgeable in industrial automation with experience in selling solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Client-driven and customer-focused mindset.
  • Mature personality with outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to operate independently.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
