As a Project Manager at Fuse Universal, you'll play a key role in delivering successful implementation projects for our clients. You'll work closely with our teams to ensure that our clients receive a world-class onboarding experience and achieve their business objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery on time and within budget.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact.
  • Project Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including client-facing project plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including Tech-ops, to scope and manage system integrations that form part of the implementation.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify, document, and address project risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies and escalating issues as needed.
  • Progress Updates: Provide clear and concise progress reports to both internal teams and clients, ensuring stakeholders remain informed of project status, key developments, and any challenges.

Requirements

  • Project Management Certification: A relevant project management certification, such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.
  • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience managing client-facing projects, with a proven ability to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Comfortable with change and able to adapt to new challenges, project requirements, or shifting client needs.
