Global Business Development Specialist

At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, we're committed to helping businesses drive higher revenue growth and maximize operational efficiencies. As a Field Account Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring and growing additional revenue opportunities within our book of business.
About the Role:- You will be responsible for developing existing customers in North, West and Central Africa region, working primarily with Banking and Financial services Sectors.
- Some travel may be required to support customers and attend events.
We're seeking an experienced sales professional who is fluent in French and has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify opportunities for revenue expansion within existing accounts.
- Work collaboratively with customers to introduce relevant solutions that enhance their operations.
- Engage in consultative discussions to showcase additional product capabilities and benefits.
- Manage customer roadmap retention plans/actions to ensure protection of base revenue.
- Develop a proactive engagement strategy to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.
As a trusted advisor to customers, you'll ensure continuous alignment with their business objectives and monitor customer usage and adoption, leveraging data to drive renewal conversations.
