About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for developing existing customers in North, West and Central Africa region, working primarily with Banking and Financial services Sectors.
  • Some travel may be required to support customers and attend events.

We're seeking an experienced sales professional who is fluent in French and has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify opportunities for revenue expansion within existing accounts.
  2. Work collaboratively with customers to introduce relevant solutions that enhance their operations.
  3. Engage in consultative discussions to showcase additional product capabilities and benefits.
  4. Manage customer roadmap retention plans/actions to ensure protection of base revenue.
  5. Develop a proactive engagement strategy to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.

As a trusted advisor to customers, you'll ensure continuous alignment with their business objectives and monitor customer usage and adoption, leveraging data to drive renewal conversations.
