We are seeking an experienced Account Manager in South Africa to join our dynamic team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will engage and build relationships with senior (HR) executives within medium and large enterprise businesses to drive sales outcomes in South Africa.

They will present our company's solutions in a tailored way that aligns seamlessly with the unique business context and desired goals of each potential client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage key prospects and develop personalized account plans to drive sales growth.
  • Pursue fresh leads among potential prospects, both in a responsive and proactive manner, within the assigned account territory.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team and cross-functional sales peers to support knowledge share and develop best practices.
  • Develop and take ownership of individualized Business Development plans.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A background in Psychology / HR will be beneficial.
  • The ideal candidate will have a results-oriented yet strongly collaborative approach.
  • Familiarity with and experience selling to the mid-market segment is essential.
  • Proficient and engaging communicator with C-level executives, particularly in virtual settings.
