About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team as an Activities and Admin Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Activities and Admin Coordinator in organizing events, providing excellent customer service to our international student population, and being a vibrant guide to Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in planning and executing student activities, including hiking, tours, and theme weeks.
  2. Provide support to the Activities and Admin Coordinator in organizing events and activities.
  3. Develop positive relationships with team members, international students, and the community.
  4. Communicate clearly and effectively with students and staff.
  5. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.


Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  5. Self-motivated and flexible with a positive attitude.


What We Offer: A monthly stipend of R 5,000 per month, plus allowances for food, drink, and activity ticket costs. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and international environment.
