Job Responsibilities

  • Contact Potential Customers: You will be responsible for contacting potential customers via phone, email, or chat to introduce and explain our products or services.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Recommend Solutions: Based on your understanding of customer needs, you will be able to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Provide Accurate Information: You will provide accurate information and pricing to close sales and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese: Fluency in Portuguese, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role is required.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills are necessary to effectively address customer queries and objections.
